Marbella former mayor Marisol Yague will again be prosecuted for arbitrary conduct; Marisol Yague favored her ex-husband.


The district court in Marbella has decided on the lawsuit against, among other things, Marisol Yague, which previously has been convicted of corruption and scandal trial Malaya. Now she risks being sentenced for both embezzlement and arbitrary conduct, when she had to hire her ex-husband as soon as she took office as mayor of Marbella in August 2003.

Spain Prosecutor General is reported to have had enough and resigned


Spain Prosecutor General Eduardo Torres-Dulce announced December 18 his resignation, which officially takes place for private reasons.


Prosecutor General Torres-Dulce is reported to have had enough of the pressure from the Spanish government in a number of pending cases. He said himself in an interview some time ago to the day he was subjected to political pressure he will return home.
